1st - That Spain penalti was good, i mean, no reason to retake it.
2nd - At the Spains second penalti, the goalkeeper did another penalti to Fabregas, and the ref didnt "indicate" it, i dont know why, but the goalkeeper did another horribly penalty to Fabregas.
