The first one I find that I have actual experience with, isn't true.If you tip the pizza guy well, he will deliver your food first.
Probably going to need to slide a correct keycard to get into the actual lounge. Getting on the floor will help you very little, most likely.(Elevator trick) ... In fancy hotels this can get you onto the concierge floor without a key to snag free food.
This is both true and numbingly obvious. From a past job: grocery stores stack product by sell date, so oldest in the front, freshest in the back. Always grab from the back.
Give them nothing: TV is a picture based medium. Without pics, they almost have no story. Many will give up after about 3-4 hours.
^^ From the same paragraph. The news media are like hungry dogs and cats. They won't leave you alone until you give them something, even if its a tiny morsel, it should do.
This is flat-out ridiculous. No one drives around without /any/ form of payment. His managers told him by wendy's-law, if someone pulls into the drive-thru saying they're not from around there, lost, and don't have any money, Wendy's will always compensate them with free food.

yeah, and if you have no money why would you head into a wendy's drive-thru if you don't already know they'll give you free food?SBD wrote:This is flat-out ridiculous. This is a tactic that I will remember for as long as I can, though for certain games (and for certain retailers) there's probably a way to figure it out. I wouldn't do it on a chain like blockbuster that might keep detailed enough tabs on their stuff to incriminate me."If one of your PC/console games is scratched or not working, rent it and switch it out."

Some of that stuff works, most don't, the rest I can't personally vouch for. I'm willing to believe those things about the Budget vehicles and such, and I'm pretty sure that I've heard something about those home-security systems before too. It's pretty cool that a bunch of people have, you know, come together, as it were, and just made a huge-as log about that stuff.
