:: RULES ::
- Anyone who posts a demo in Round One is automatically entered in the competition.
- I (bhz) am not participating. I may, however, submit runs on the competition maps, but they don't count toward eliminations.
- Maps will be decided based on a suggestion/voting system, similar to what I did for the now-dead FBF/TAS contest.
----- If there is only one suggestion, it wins automatically
----- Maps that lose in the voting process are still eligible for future rounds!
----- To suggest a map, you either PM me on the forums, post here, or tell me on IRC.
----- Map Criteria:
---------- Speedrun must be between 200 and 1000 frames
---------- There must be off-route (not on normal sr route) gold that is clearly worth collecting
---------- You ARE ALLOWED to suggest your own maps
---------- DDAs are not allowed.
----- If there is a tie in voting, the featured maps win.
----- If there still is a tie, the highest rated map wins (unrated map loses)
----- If there still is a tie, the map with LESS votes (on NUMA, that is) wins
----- If there STILL is a tie, the higher map number wins.
- The number of rounds will be determined on the number of participants - however many rounds it takes for everyone to be eliminated but one person!
- Each round lasts exactly one week.
- Rounds will be privatecontest. That means you can't see each others' times! This will be...fun.
- I will resubmit maps for the contest.
- Please submit all runs to NReality!
- In each round, the following people are eliminated:
----- 0th and anyone tied for 0th
----- Last place and anyone tied for last place
----- People who do not submit runs
- If, at any time, exactly two or zero players remain in the competition, we will decide what to do via a poll, if it ever happens.
- The final remaining player wins.
- There will be both highscore and speedrun competitions.
----- When you sign up, you are signing up for both.
----- When you are eliminated from one you ARE NOT eliminated from the other

I would be careful with so many competitions going on right now. I would start this until after blur is over. People will get over saturated with competition. Just a suggestion.

Alright. So, TAP signups are still open for another 2-3 weeks. I hoped this week would be a week of voting. But, apparently, there has been only one map suggestion.

SO...I'll leave the suggestions open for another week.

That's all I've seen, and I know that at least bhz submitted a demo before I did. He asked me to test and make sure the private contest feature worked.

Yeah I also submitted my run only like 5 minutes after the round began.

yes that is normal. you are not the only one that has submitted. I can see all the runs :)
