I've been playing N all year on a school laptop, but now that it is the end of the school year, they will be wiping all the laptops. I have spent many hours playing and I don't want to lose all of my hard work. Is there any way that I can transfer all of my progress to a different computer laptop. I am using a macbook and hope to transfer it to a macbook pro.

Yes, there is a way that you can save and transfer your data. You will be looking for the n_v14b_userdata.sol file. Not knowing which Mac OS you have, I'm copying the pathways from here:
What you want to do is copy your .sol file onto a usb flash drive or something similar, or sending it to yourself as an email attachment, just somehow that you can access it on a different computer. Then you will probably need to do just one attempt at a level, not necessarily even finishing it, on the other computer if you haven't played N on it yet so that it can create the directory for the .sol. Once you find that directory, just replace the .sol file in there, and you should have your progress on the other computer.Mac OS 9:
Macintosh HD/System Folder/Preferences/Macromedia/Flash Player/#Shared Objects/random string of letters and numbers/localhost
Mac OS X;
/Users/Short name/Library/Preferences/Macromedia/Flash Player/#SharedObjects/random series of letters and numbers/localhost
