Damn that was an old one van. Taking down some old runs is always awesome. And 00-1 is FAST! I am shocked you beat xaelar by that much, very impressive.

This got me thinking of what the oldest 0ths are and I found that there are only 4 0ths that remain from 1/20/06. Three of which are Clux's and one which is maxed. Raif has proved that all of clux's runs are beatable, but I'll be damned if they haven't stood the test of time.

That is an awesome run. Great potential there too. His innovation of using the corner to get more speed in to the double on the right side could be done better and saves a lot. If he used standard ending he would probably would have had 0th by like .300 His ending is awesome to watch though. Sneaking under that drone was pretty cool.

The thing I like about Artic_Pony's runs is how calculated they are. For example, his 92-4 - it could have been very easy to overdo the ending and get hit by the drone, but he timed it perfectly!

Thats a pretty good run, adding this innov to the normal ending would result in a pretty good score :D

Is it possible though? I mean he starts the fall a lot lower there may not be enough space to turn that much.
He would have to go over the drone, but I think the drone is too high if you are too fast right? I am not on comp now and I didn't have a very good look at the run.

I think it could be done just fine.

AP is on the left, Eru is on the right. Had AP jump from lower on the left 1 tile he would have lost a few frames meanings the drones would be further along their path thus making Eru's ending possible.

Very nice Eddy. Looking much cleaner. You are right though, there is still a bit more left using the current route, but check out my innovation for a 2 second time saver.

Very nice. I suppose I thought the innovation was a bit faster than it actually is, but 1+ second innovations aren't too shabby.

It seems that van has taken advantage of the innovation as well so you may have some competition for this one if he chooses to improve. Also xaelar is rather peculiar when it comes to protecting his 0ths. Some he just lets go of. Others he will fight to the death for, so you never know. But either way I think your run will be hard to beat. It is very clean.
