Since the last update the community has improved the total level score by a great 5.100 seconds. We had several innovations and a lot of hardcore cleaning. The improvements ranged from one frame to almost nine seconds.

0.025, Swipenet snagged 35-0 from Lim with out having to use Darkshadow's start. He innovated the hill climb slightly and was able to out run Lim to the finish to add to his sky rocketing 0th count. Occupy Lim!

0.025, Vankusss took down Macrohenry on 54-1 by a frame. He was able to slip past the two drones at the end just a bit sooner edging closer to maxing this map. There can not be too much left for any competitors other than an innovation to beat more drones.

0.025, Swipenet would not let xaelar have 55-1. After a month of battling and innovations swipe reclaims it by 1 frame and chalks up another 0th. Swipe is cruising up the rankings.

0.050, Eddy made a slight change to 10-4 by adding an RCJ later. This helped him snag two frames from LAT. After making this run Eddy and Van came up with a route change that is faster and will allow for beating the drone so competition may bare down on Eddy on this one.

0.050, Swipe also brought back the competition on 19-1 with xaelar. He improved xaelar's run by two frames and reclaimed his second 0th lost to xaelar.

0.075, Swipe improved his 14-1 by three frames inorder to secure this 0th for the foreseeable future.

0.100, Swipe took up his next challenge on 24-4. He added two great and tough wall jumps on the left side to outpace Lim by 4 frames. Swipe's second Lim 0th this week. Occupy Lim!

0.150, Kool-aid threw down his first highscore 0th in a long time after breaking 200 speedrun 0ths. What was this 0th you ask? Well none other than 00-0. Kool took down naem by six frames. naem's run has stood for 4+ years and has now been bested by one of our best. Well done kool!

0.225, Eddy took down van's 50-4 by a nice chunk of frames by cleaning up the whole run, as Eddy does. Eddy cleaned so well he actually had to wait for the drone to pass in the upper left section of the 3rd row. It seems to best this run a competitor will have to either add some CKs or an innovation to beat the drone, or get a low jump to slip under it.

0.300, Vankusss took down golfkid on 95-4 by 12 frames. He cleaned up the gold collection and added some style to the ending by barely collecting the last switch showing his commitment to perfect runs.

0.325, Swipe, after having retaken his past 0ths that xaelar had taken. He set his sights on one of xaelar's 0ths. He decided on 57-4 and simply out raced xaelar through the whole map resulting is a very fast run and another 0th to push him even further up the 0th rankings.

0.550, Eddy took down a Lim 0th this week. He was playing 85-3 going for a top-20 and having trouble with the chainguns. I suggested that he try van's route which was easier and faster. Van had a potential 0th AGD-1 run a long time ago, but never improved. Eddy capitalized on this run after several -1's Eddy took the 0th. Occupy Lim!

0.875, Swipe took yet another 0th this week. He innovated the left side of the outer ring on 25-3 with a very simple and elegant use of the 1 tile there to slip past the rocket and avoid going to the ceiling. Beyond his innovation, his run is extremely clean making any potential competitors wary before trying to take this 0th.

0.950, Eddy had the most impressive feat of cleanliness this week. He took 49-4 from xaelar by two frames shy of a second. The amazing thing is that he didn't use a single innovation. This run just goes to show how much more time is left out there is one is willing to lay down a fantastic run. Keep at it guys.

1.050, Eddy first took 32-1 from xaelar by 5 frames, but then Kool came along. Kool used Raif's start and his own ending to take the 0th from Eddy by three frame shy of a second. He also fell 4 frames short of taking down Kryx and what would have been his second 4+ year 0th taken today! Either way this was an insane run and extremely fast. There is certainly no doubting kool's chimney skills.

1.400, Eddy takes down Lim on Ep94 by almost a second and a half. Pushing Lim down another 0th. Occupy Lim!

1.625, Eddy took a second Ep 0th this week with Ep05 from xaelar. Another great improvement from Eddy in his Episode quest.

2.325, Eddy took a third Ep 0th this week with Ep90 from Eru.

2.650, Eddy took a fourth Ep 0th this week with Ep04. Eddy took this 0th right before taking Ep05. For a moment it seemed like Eddy was going to go through and stomp out every Ep0th on his way to collect the rest of his top-20s. Lets hope he does.

8.925, Eddy took a fifth Ep 0th this week with Ep92 from Lim. He was able to make this staggering improvement on Lim's 0th because not only were all of his runs in the top 4 on each level board, we was able to get Macro's gold on -3 and apply AP's route on -4. Occupy Lim!

I want to take this moment to mention Swipenet again for taking 7 0ths and improving 1 this week to shoot up the rankings and now sits firmly in 8th place with 11 0th. Quite the improvement for our newest ranked highscorer.

I also want to mention the fact that Eddy has broken 71k total level scoring making him the 5th player to ever do so. He also did this in record time with his first ever 0th being only in October of 2010. So a big congratulations to him

A huge week for the community with 24 0ths being taken. This was also the first week, since Eru's episode domination last year, that many episodes have really improved. This week 9 of them were. With this many 0ths came large improvements in the community's totals. The total level score was improved by 4.825 seconds and the total episode score was improved by a staggering 20.525 seconds. This was also a week for movers. Several players have gleefully moved up the rankings, while several more have fallen.

Lets begin with the losers...

Eru (-7) did not play this week and consequently lost 7 episode 0ths. He lost 6 of those to Eddy who is now on a trek through the episodes on his way to 0th on the top-20 rankings. The other one he lost to 999_Springs.

xaelar (-6) also did not play this week and suffered a 6 0th loss. This put a bigger gap between him and vankusss.

lookatthis (-2) lost two 0ths, one to Eddy and one to ska, this week. These two losses pushed him down another rank and now the once mighty highscorer now sits tied for 13th and despite his perfect 100 episode top-20s he only has one episode 0th remaining.

Izzy (-1) lost 15-3 to Eddy this week. Izzy innovated the gold collection on this map years ago and has stayed free of competition with his fantastic run, but this week it feel to Eddy who took the 0th when taking Ep15, and then he did the same thing again. Finally improving to half a second faster than Izzy original 0th.

zj820 (-1) lost 09-0 this week. This was zj's last 0th and now only has top-20 scores left. Salud to a good sir, your blistering runs and chimneying ability will be missed.

vankusss (-1) took 4 0ths this week and lost 5 for a net loss of -1. Van had a battle on two different maps with Eddy; one which he lost and the other which he won. Both were fierce fights resulting in very large improvements over the old 0ths. On 10-4 after van and eddy came up with an innovation last week they had it out this week with improvements and it ended up in Eddy's favor at the end of this week. They also had it out on Ep15 where Eddy took the 0th, but van boldly stated that is a a bad run and proceeded to show his how bad it was. Eddy then came right back at him with over a second improvement. Van of course would not stand for this and came right back over the top once again and brought the 0th to under a second off the total level score of the episode. Van also managed to take 15-0 in his Ep 0th which he battled over with xaelar some two years ago when they innovated. Van is still holding strong on to 0th overall and with xaelar's fall this week the gap has widened, but Eddy is a strong competitor and I expect to see a battle in the coming months.

And now for the gainers...

Swipenet (+1) took 06-3 from xaelar with a stunning run. Certainly one of the cleanest runs this week (not done by kool, lol, but we will get to him) Swipe also managed to improve his 35-0 by a few frames.

Kool-aid (+3) laid down three absolutely stellar runs this week. First Kool took down clux on 82-0, a 0th that has stood for at least 4 years, by three frames and tying kryX. Not satisfied with kryX being in front of him Kool proceeded to improve another frame and take the 0th all for himself. He now sits 1 frame shy of Raif's MDB run and kryX bites the dust. Kool's next runs was 33-2 where he just simply outpaced xaelar at every turn. He ended up 10 frames faster. Finally Kool laid down arguably his best run of the week with 85-2. Kool took down van's 0th by .575 seconds, but more impressively he took down L3X's cheated 0th by five frame. Absolutely stunning.

ska (+6) had his best week in a long time. First ska took Ep70 by over a second on his quest to finish out 100 episode top-20s, which he finished later in the week. Next Ska set his sights on episode 09. He managed to improve -0, -2, and -4 by a few frames a piece. He also laid down a fantastic route change on -1 where he took down xaelar by almost half a second. In that run he didn't just innovate, he also managed to get a near perfect laser drone pass through and a corner kick to exit the main block. He also took the episode 0th by just over a second and now only has -3 between him and episode ownage. With these 6 0ths this week ska also moves up the 0th rankings and past Mr_Lim in to 4th place. Eddy, (+9) the Rocket Man, took double digit 0ths this week. He had battles with van, did most of the work improving the community total episode score taking 6 episode 0ths, he even threw down two near 1 second time savers. This was an incredible week for Eddy. All of his episode 0ths were stunning except for ep15 which he had to battle van for because van doesn't like poor runs. The two traded the 0th 4 times, until van came out as the victor. Eddy utilized van and I's triple jump innovation on the top corners of 19-2 for just under a second of time saving. Eddy also improved his total level score and passed Eru in those rankings and now sits in 3rd place. Eddy also got back on to the 41-0 top-20 and now only has three levels where he doesn't have a top-20, 59-0, 89-4, and 91-0. Obviously he can not get on to 59-0, but that leaves him with an easier top-20 and a very hard top-20 left. He his also laying some waste down on the episode as we have seen this week, so soon enough it seems like Eddy will be sitting at 599/600.

Thanks van, always means a lot that you guys enjoy reading them. That is why I do it. And you should get back in to it. You should try and compete with Eddy getting to 100/100 episode top-20s, but of course get a ton of 0ths along the way.
