Not really an innovation, but here goes. I came up with this after playing 5-3 and watching the other replays. If somebody could combine Pony's route with grabbing the far left gold, that would be an easy 0th. I just know that I had a hard enough time with skipping that one that I'm not able to do it.

Neither Eddy or van could pull this off. I don't remember why exactly but they both had the same reasons. EDIT: I have a run now, but it doesn't seem to be faster. Maybe there is faster route for bot/top. Or it's just inevitably slower, who knows. But it definitely looks cooler.

I highly doubt it, You need a lot of sideways momentum to be forced up that high by a thwump. Take a look at my Ode to Thwumps map. I do one of those pushes across the top and you can see how hard I had to hit that thwump to get that much height.

My route on 79-2. I'm sure you can get within 20 frames of 0th, dunno about beating it (maybe using golf's trick on the left side - it's possible, i did it once (dunno how it works though)).

I don't think you can use my trick on the left side, because you need to be coming at the bb from the side with a decent speed, and not from above. Otherwise a very good route, I agree it probably is able to be Analu's time.
