Here's my demo. I'm pretty sure I spent 3 frames inside rockets - take a look and tell me whether that's for sure. Definitely got an AGD. Can't submit to NReality for some reason, so I'm posting here. Going for sub-500 now =)

@xaelar (and shanni and golfkid, if they're in this comp - I'm not sure) - you have to complete the challenge in under 500 frames, not just the level. You have to open both exits and complete the level in 500 frames. Not just beat the level.
