Ownage on ep90 coming up?

Thanks a lot guys, really kind as usual. I was pretty excited after taking 90-3, but didn't want to exaggerate on my comment or something :P Pheidi, its pretty cool that actually more people do still care about highscoring.

I had all of today for free time, so I played some more N. Retook Ep90 from macro, including taking 90-1 with the hard route beating all cheaters ;) I sadly screwed the ending on 90-2, but didn't want to reset. Also retook 61-2, sorry again macro ;)

Took Ep2 including improving my 2-4 by 0.5, I think. Also took 7-2 with a lil innov and 45-3 by cleaning.

You are just killing total level score right now. This is astonishing.

You crushed the ending on 61-2, that climb is very awkward to complete quickly. The double jump near the end of the 90-1 is awesome.

Frankly I thought that would have happened right after Raif's demo. But regardless well done. Certainly not easy getting the angle right to get all of the gold on the way down. How many AGD-1s did you have making that demo?

it is tough to get all that gold, then follow it up with a corner shove boost thingy to get the next group. Mr Lim kind of does it.

Long time, no see. 35-0 was a level I'd been meaning to take for a while. Finally got around to it. BTW, there is plenty of time to pass the drone on a clean enough run using the thwump kick ascent (don't reverse jump on the slope, instead wall jump just slightly before passing the first thwump).

Nice Dark. 35-0 should have been yours like 4 years ago when you had that killer start, but had that bad gold collection on the other side of the thwump wall. Glad to see you final claim it for your self.

Thanks TRO, yeah its weird how nobody did it earlier. I didn't have many AGD -1, because I used to suicide when I missed one haha.

I have got some big new 0ths today guys!
- Im proud to present a 4.350 lead on a level which difference between 0th and 19th used to be 0.725, that is, 53-1, with a complete new route (except for the sides). I now have the biggest lead for the first time ever :P Although I have the sense it wont last much. So happy with this one.
- Also, took 53-4 with a full new route (I think), except for the lower gold rooms. Check out the ending ;)
- And finally, took 69-4 and pulled over 250, sorry there van, but that was one of my biggest differences.

Won't be able to play again till a couple weeks probably.

The community is almost there.

PD. Awesome 18-1 Kool! You nailed the beggining (which I hate haha). Also, dat ending :O

Wow Eddy. The fact that today's meta game is find this much time left in a near decade old game is amazing. 53-1 is a perfect example of simple and faster. Well done. 53-4 is awesome as well and the great thing about this route (for you) is that you just turned the map in to a frame war with that ending.

Kool 18-1 is sharp at the end. Your start is great too, but I still can believe how lucky lim got on his, you had him until the very last peak and he just some how keeps his momentum. Either way kick ass run. You are crushing the non-reality 0ths.

Holy shit, 53-1 and 69-4 are insanely clean, and almost a second faster than xela's already clean 53-4, amazing man. Awesome job on breaking a 4 second lead too.

Thanks man I'm trying to improve atm, I got a 825 -2 agd (the bottom gold at the start) so we'll see if I can muster going through 90% failed attempts at the start for an improvement.

Can't believe we finally reached it, 72000 seconds of Total Level Score, 20 fucking hours :D
This is certainly a milestone. Funny it also coincides with the day the old forums have been restored (or yesterday).

On another note, great route change over there on 83-4 macro, as usual ;) You should defintely try out my 53-1 route, 4 free seconds there.

As for the runs I just witnessed, I had to hold my eyeballs in their sockets as they were popping out of my skull after watching some of those mind-blowing runs. Seriously, 53-1? Are you kidding me? I tried your route years ago, but that pesky drone near the switch would always block me. Even with the innovation executed, I don't expect a cascade of 125 scores because of the high degree of difficulty. What I don't understand is why you didn't put those in part of an episode run to get the ep ownage.

Hahaha thanks ska :D Yeah that drone is certainly a difficulty, gotta do the beggining and switch-grab pretty fast to be able to avoid it. As for the ownage, thats definitely in my to-do list now ;) I wanted to do all 5 levels first as usual, and then Ill include them in an episode run. Also the fact is that I didnt even know any of the routes (53-1 & 53-4) on beforehand, so I didn't know if I was gonna succeed innovating.

Edit: I have a new-found respect for your 71-2 run :s Although I think it can be improvable by as much as maybe 0.150, without the drone blocking you in the top left. I also just "feel" there is an even faster route on that map... I dunno..

With that kind of recommendation how can I resist? But seriously, it doesn't run well on my computer right now so I haven't really tried it out much yet. I'll wait and see.

Also, very nice 18-1 kool. I didn't think there was anywhere near that much room for improvement left in that same route (plus the sick ending of course).

Dang that was sic, even with that ending its so clean. That would be really tough to improve. Btw I saw you created the SR 0th thread, pretty cool :) As soon as exams are finished Ill try to make my first contribution. Lets see if they keep alive.

Thanks! I certainly enjoyed innovating those routes rather than just cleaning them. I think after 300 Ill dedicate the time to changing things (or trying) instead of just grabbing 0ths, its more satisfying, we'll see. I don't know if Ill be able to come up with the innovs though.

57-1... sigh. I've put in wayyyy too much time and I can't get a better run (I've had AGD-1 or AGD-2 runs 1-3 frames faster than Mr. Lim's time). The current route works for runs up to 4 frames faster. After that you hit the drones. Someone should take care of it so I stop killing myself.
