no never happened to me but right now im in a really good mood cause i was dreaming but i cant remember what the dream was about i just remember i was in a dreaming state and i was EXTREMELY happy

That's happened to me about every other night for years.

Anyway, I had this dream that involved a two burglars, a conveyor belt, and an airport, then I went through a door and landed in a Clone Turbo Tank®, where I ended up speeding the wrong way down a giant highway.
Right about then, I realized, "This has to be a dream." Then I thought, "Oh, cool! A lucid dream! I can do whatever—"
then I woke up.

I had a strange dream the other night...

The whole thing seems (it's all rather confusing now, I unfortunately didn't write it very soon after waking up) to start in my high school's physics room. For some reason we went in to a store room (that had windows..?) that was really an elevator. that went sideways. it went maybe 40 feet to the side and then someone else that was in there with us got off. and then it started dropping. and outside the windows was something that I think might have looked a bit like the hyperspace effect from Star Wars. someone else in the elevator (I think my friend John, there were only two people in the elevator. I think) told me not to look outside, because it screws with your head or something. Then the elevator stopped before where we expected it to (where did we expect it to stop? I don't know.). I got out of the elevator, but John didn't. the elevator doors closed before I could get back in. The only thing outside of the elevator is a white door, I think in an arch kind oft hing (I'm outside) with a button next to it. I somehow remember that this door marks the beginning of a quest (or something like a quest in an RPG). I press the button. the door opens, and I walk through. the door closes behind me and I think a light turns red. I seem to remember that this indicates that I can't leave until the quest is completed. I'm in a dense forest. A wolf approaches me, and I seem to connect this to the wolves in Solstheim Island in Morrowind. the wolve approaches slowly, not attacking. I get an item from it (I'm not sure how I knew that I got an item, or what the item was). Then it attacks me, but I seem to be playing Morrowind now - the wolf lunges at me, there's a flash of red, and I know that my health is depleting. I open a menu. I go to a tab labeled "DVD" and then press some option that takes me back out of the quest. I don't remember anything after that.

I think the elevator is pulled from the book that I'm currently reading, which includes a mysterious elevator. and I'd been playing Morrowind.

Well I recently had a series of 5 second dreams which were definitely weird and all new to me..

The first one was I was on a windy rooftop, and was pushed off, and I woke up.
Then I was in a car driving in the night, and a car turns out of nowhere and crashes into me, and I wake up.
And then I don't quite remember the rest, but they all involved short scary moments, just to wake me up for about 3 seconds, and I'm immediately sleeping.

And positive they were dreams and I woke up though, not some dream of dreaming.

i had a great dream a while back that involved an extremely memorable moment. i and the rest of humanity were in a very large single-floor office building, with a (world) government over us. all of a sudden, armageddon ocurred. the government began killing all humans systematically, torturing all Christians outside the building, and fire rained down from the sky, slowly destroying the building and killing those in the rafters. i led a large group of children to an underground basement, where we became trapped by falling rocks. i picked the lock on a trapdoor leading out of the room, but soldiers burst in and began to round up the children to torture them. i took the opportunity and left. then i reunited with my two parents. there were medium-length hallways in this building, and several of them had large suitcase-like objects suspended from the ceiling that were moving very rapidly back and forth. i became separated from my parents on one side of a hallway that had one of these suitcases in it. the soldiers patrolled the hallways around us. i hid behind a wall in the only exit from one side of the hallway (which was a dead-end) and heard the soldiers shoot my parents. they then began coming for my hallway. i had no way out. then came the most memorable event of any dream that i have ever had. i slowly stepped out from behind cover, and moved toward the moving suitcase. i knew that it was either suicide or torture. with only seconds left before the soldiers entered the hallway, i stepped in front of the moving suitcase. it hit me at high speed and sliced my body in two. i survived for a few seconds, long enough for my torso to fall to the ground. i lay there until darkness came over me, at which point the dream ended.

I had a sweet dream a month or two ago, where I was on the edge of a gorge. The gorge was huge, with a waterfall falling so far you would think it would have to teleport to get down that far! The entire gorge was lush with grass and plants, with wildlife everwhere. A rainbow could be seen going about 4/5 of the way up the waterfall to the ground. Suddenly, as if in a movie, my vision skips to 3-rd person, and theres Diddy Kong, on a small ledge. I become Diddy Kong, and jumping down from cliff to cliff, I finally make it to the bottom. Suddenly, the vision skips to the top about half a mile away and their is this guy, somewhat like Sora ,from Kingdom Hearts, running along a stone road towards a tall house, after that, he comes out, and then Diddy pops up and starts yelling at him, and then they both run back to the gorge, and Diddy starts to jump down again and then I wake up. It was a ton more in depth than that but the entire sequence besides that was horribly butchered. The gorge was the most amazing thing I've ever seen, even in real life!
