All of them, especially rockets. And the mines.
I hate them back.

I am terrible at dodging rockets. I just can't do it. The rocket always catches up to me and I die. I avoid them as much as I can. Tilesets are also what kill me. A tileset with many drones that move just right is killer. But mostly rockets.
Now back from life.

They all manage to dispose of my poor ninjas with equal ruthlessness. Mines are probably the worst, though. Gotta watch out for the quiet ones. ;)

I love floorguards.
It really depends on the terrain...I know there's a level somewhere in the depths of column 30 wherein one has to travel up a diagonal, pitted slope covered with launchpads under fire from two gauss turrets, and at the top is a tunnel into which the player must run to touch a switch before running out again as quickly as possible before the top gauss turret traps him.
Lasers are evil in places where they can see you through tiles from a mile off...like in that hexagon-filled level.
Chainguns are nasty in groups. (But fun to manipulate in DDAs.)
Rockets are hardly ever annoying, except in high-flying levels with nothing to land on.
I think I'd have to go with zaps, especially seekers.

Chainguns, I despise them and they seem to despise me to. I also can't seem to fugure out to where to place them in my maps. AARGH! Really annoying, I'm absolutely certain that this level will go well with a chaingun! But where to place it? Whoever got the idea to create them, I depise that being ever so strongly.

Chainguns are actually my favorite enemy. I love them, and they love me.

I hated that column 30 level withha a passion. Not even fun nor fair. Hmm, The thaought with the hexagons, is it like X-ray? I've had it happen before on a different level if that is what you mean.

Depends on the situation, in general I'd have to say chain guns or lasers.

Probably lasers. They always seem to fire at the most inconvenient times, and they also pin me in a tight spot so other enemies can kill me.
I also frequently underestimate the speed of floorguards.

Overall, I would say the forgotten enemy: BOUNCEBLOCKS
But the lasers are really cruel in the ds(& maybe psp,i wouldn't know) since the actual laser(not the aim) can only be seen at half a handful of angles, and the only way to know were it is is to watch the sparks on walls and figure out the line,if you're lucky enough to be by a wall

it is not the end, nor the begginning of the end, but perhaps only the end of the beginning.

Death wise: Mines, with rockets closly behind and my self right behind that. >_>
But my most hated is definately Zap Drones, specifically Seeker Drones. Nevermind them being 200+ deaths behind mines, I can feel there hate with every death. I've had multiple seeker drones gang up on me and kill me on many occasions.

Gausses and chainguns lasers are the hardest for me. Since chainguns lasers are a more powerful enemy, and will naturally be tougher, I'll go with gausses.
EDIT: Lasers, not chainguns. Chainguns aren't that difficult, really. You just lure them to fire one direction and go the other way.
Go to highscores in your game's main menu. It's laid out on the left.how do you check your death count?
