If you're using Windows XP, you should be able to find it at: C:\Documents and Settings\[Username]\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\[Bunch of letters and numbers]\localhost

I also want to have a backup .sol, as people keep "losing" them. The old feed was not very helpful for me, because I could not find any of the things he was talking about in the first place. Also, for e-mail, how do you "zip or compress" a .sol file to keep the file type the same.
