Do you want to prove yourself as the greatest mapmaker ever? And do you want to do it for maybe a prize? But probably not? Do you want me to stop asking questions and get to the damn point? Then you're just the right person for the

Ugly Tileset Contest.

Here's how it works:

The Rules

1. Five people need to at least say they're going to participate before I start. One person besides myself need to say they want to judge.
2. Each week I will post an ugly tileset on nmaps.
3. Each participant will try to make the best map possible out of each tileset, and each will be scored from 1 to 10.
4. At the end of 5 weeks, the scores will be added, and someone will be declared winner. If I'm lucky I'll find someone to make a sig tag or something.

I have the first tileset ready. I just need people.

I like how I sign up to make maps for this competition and I am instantly put into a judging position, not even asked if I would like to judge. I DO NOT want to judge, I would like to participate in this by making a map.

That wasn't meant to be harsh.
And it doesn't look good for you getting much attention to this thread, so you might be better off either 1) Judging on your own, 2) Personal Messaging someone that you might be cool with already.

Nah, I got blackbelmoral (greenblack, me thinks) judging too. I just need him to confirm. If you look at the earlier posts, he said he was judging. Somehow i got Max Ride and him confused as judge/contestant.

Flagmyidol, you can post maps here or on nmaps. Don't wait for judges though.
