Not that I think the prison system in the US is perfect but, as far as that story's concerned, pics or it didn't happen.

Yeah, prisons are bad. But Oz and every reality TV show on Fox already told us that. You can't go to jail for having someone use your cell phone for something. It just doesn't happen. Hell, if I gave someone my cell so they could call a hit on someone, I'd not get arrested. Even clear-cut instances of aiding and abetting in most circumstances are hard to pass by a jury and can be easily appealed.
