ok im confussed
i go to make a user so i can post a map and every time i do this :
load up n game
click configure
fill in the stuff
username : smythluke666
password *********** <blagh blah not sayin
Email : smythluke@hotmail < not saying end for less junk :D
then i click create new user and then it ses
new user could not be added
anything im doin wrong ???
help me make a user !!!

It happened to me too. To fix the problem I moved to a new computer, downloaded the game for that computer, and signed in there. It worked.
