You should be able to just wait. And the text Transperant Update Has Finished Loading will pop up on the top right on the screen auto. Then mods etc should work.

n.infunity is refusing to load the full list of a player's highscores again. Maybe my internet's just slow, but it seems like it loads for a while and then it times out and just stops. I remember this used to happen, but then you did something and it worked again. Any ideas?

The problem is happening again, even though it didn't happen a few weeks ago. On my computer it loads the first twenty episodes of scores or so, and then completely stalls. What could be happening? I would like to be able to see my full list of scores again.

The problem is getting worse. As of last week, only the first 3 or 5 episodes usually loaded. As of now, the site just returns an error message whenever I try to access it. Now transparent update won't even load on my computer at all, however long I wait, and I can't see any highscores.

(The good thing is that, if nothing loads, I would not get to know that poppinfresh has been going down the 120 column and nicking all my *0ths!)

Yes, n.infunity.com is down again at the moment, but that's not what I was referring to when I made that post. I'm talking about when the server is up and running fine, it usually doesn't completely load a long list of demos. It seems like something that would be easy to fix is all.

By the way, I would like to re-express my love for NReality. Seriously, it friggin' rocks. Even without the fancy mods and things, just the "simple" ability to play maps off of NUMA and keep high score records on them is awesome. Without it, NUMA feels significantly less purposeful (to me).

Anyway, just wanted to throw out some praise in this thread because it seems like it's been a while since Unreality has received any. :P

In regular N, the main screen shows the ninja playing level, regardless of you having beaten it or not, and then dying. In NReality, at least for me, it shows whatever levels I recently beat in the main game and the ninja consequently beating them exactly like I did. Is this intentional? Because I don't remember this from when I first had NReality. It started happening like 3 weeks ago.

Yes, that's intentional. N v1.4 shows death demos that M&R made specifically for the purpose of being shown on the main screen. On the other hand, NReality replays your own (completion) demos on the main screen. Pretty cool, no?

I meant the site (n.infunity.com) is back up. So if you're still having problems, then it's probably something on your end. Perhaps you have a firewall blocking NReality? In any case, I would recommend sending a PM to Unreality detailing your problems. He'd be most able to help you.

That's actually a newer feature in n-reality and wasn't in the first ones so that may be why you don't remember it when you first had it.

Oh, I totally missed the "because I don't remember this from when I first had NReality" part. Good catch! In that case, I would've been clueless because I've only ever used v6c2. Good to know.

Yeah, the site's up for me too, but I still can't get the numa map function in game to work right. When I enter the map number, it takes forever to parse the data, and then the thumbnail and scores appear right, but it won't load the map data. It only gets the tileset of the last map to properly load, and no objects, whether I try to watch a demo or play the map. Anybody else having this problem?

That happens to me occasionally. Every time it does I just restart NReality and then it loads fine. I may just be getting lucky, but see if that works for you.

Edit: Suddenly my strategy is failing! It refuses to load! What sorcery is this!? ;_;

Edit 2: Now it works all of a sudden. Weird.

For those of you who find that it is back up for them, could you please check whether I can submit scores by looking at my 58-3 NReality highscore? It should say 116.875. If it doesn't then not only do I have all those aforementioned problems but I can't submit scores. And my firewall has been turned off for the last 4 years.

And your 58-3 score is <100.00, so it looks like you can't submit scores either.

And if I try to get to n.infunity.com by loading NRealityv6c2 and clicking on the link at the top left, it opens a new window which says "Loading..." for about 30 seconds and then - the window just completely disappears! This is very weird.
