See, I want to believe that Steaming Hot Condog French Fries can be better with warmer ketchup, I do, but I've never noticed a difference. What I have noticed is that ketchup spoils after two weeks of not being refrigerated. And sour Ketchup is a balls in the coffee press kind of life.

The only time I ever use non-refrigerated ketchup is in a rare dalliance with fast food after a night on the town. Usually in this state my preference for temperature of ketchup decreases exponentially with my increasing desire to stuff my belly at the nearest possible opportunity.

Bananas go black when in the fidge and go mushy quicky. Peanut butter turns to rock and bread is quite fine in the fridge. Tomatoes also suffer due to cold tempertures, they can end up with uneven ripness, unless you put them in the fidge when they're ripe. (I work at a fruit and veg store.)
