Looking to challenge a fellow Neditor to a scrimmage? Here's the place to organize it. For those unfamiliar with scrimmages, I have their rules, taken from the Neditor Nation page of the Transcend. Blog:
- Any two Neditors may scrimmage at any time. A third Neditor is required to determine the winner of a scrimmage because the Judges are not in charge of evaluating scrimmages.
- At the beginning of the scrimmage, each Neditor who will be mapping chooses a rule for the maps to follow. Each Neditor’s map must follow both rules.
- After both maps are complete, the third Neditor uses the universal rubric to determine the winner.
- It is the responsibility of one of the three Neditors to email the result of the scrimmage to TranscendBlog(AT)gmail(DOT)com so that the spreadsheet can be updated. The results will be added to whatever the current week is when the email is received. For example, if a scrimmage takes place on Sunday of one week, but the results are received on Monday of the next week, the results will be added to the later week.
