To make this work, you have to download an -HTM- file and then run it as an mp3. Like in a media player. You run an HTM in a media player. Really. It's some kind of goddamn stupid.

The audio quality is awful.

Lenny records the podcasts and is from Australia, so he has amazing lag and doesn't know how to change people's volumes on Ventrilo.

That's how it works? Lenny gave me the exact link last night, and when I downloaded it, I just got a link to this huge block of text. I'm assuming that next time, Lenny will do all post-recording work?

I mainly downloaded it for the plunger bit. Also, for those with the .htm problem, instead of running that as a .mp3, just take off the .htm extension and it'll still work.

Dave, if you're talking about that rewinding effect, I thought it was good way of breaking it up and making it easier for the listeners to understand that the audio was from a prior episode/time. How would you do this?

In regard to iTunes, I'm not sure what's happening. It seemed to download episode 5 instead of 6, and even when I updated the feed, it hasn't downloaded 6. So, no clue.

Lenny, when are you going to do another podcast? Even a minicast would be good. I was tempted to run one myself a few days ago with 8 other people, but we didn't. ;_;

I was thinking two weeks, perhaps, because school starts again tomorrow for me, and I'll be away this coming weekend. If you want to run one in the mean time though, feel free.

On the note of the long lost Metacast 2, the files that Tanner sent didn't work (which is more probably my fault than his), so he's looking into it and hopefully I'll get that up sometime.

Unfortunately, yeah. I've been pretty busy getting back into school, and haven't had much time to do anything really, to my great disappointment.

If someone else would like to organise a podcast that'd be cool. Telling me would be sweet, but there's a fair chance I couldn't make it.
