Nah. As Tobicles points out, the video isn't a very good explanation of the concept of higher dimensions - in fact, it's entirely inaccurate. This video is much better. Whoa, alright so i read those posts and watched the vid and a few more, and i see what you are talking about. And now I have spent a while watching tons of crazy scientific theories about quantum physics, and all I can say is that it is fucking crazy. I have to say one of the coolest things i read was about quantum teleportation of information between two atoms and how that could lead to 0 ping internet, which is fucking awesome.scythe33 wrote:Nah. I find the TED video fascinating, but I don't think it will be correct in the long run. If the LHC works correctly, then hopefully that shape(E8) he showed us morphs into (I hope) a circle. That would explain everything to me. Perfect Symmetry.
