I'm not sure I'm liking the black-box-white-text thing at the bottom of your recent comics. And I didn't really get 8.

9 was very good (but again with the black box thing).

Still an excellent thread, though!

I like it. It reminds me vaguely of xkcd. Or the golden days of xkcd, anyway.

Darkandroid: If you look at the title of the second comic, it is called "Four Panel Comic".

Riobe, I like this series, even if it doesn't have a storyline at this point. Those are not necessary for a comic to be good.
[16:24] <@golfkid> I'm pretty sure I will literally scream if I die on the last column of 78-4 at this point
[16:25] <trance> Oh, yeah. That level.
[16:29] <@golfkid> lol
[16:30] <@golfkid> It looks so simple

I wouldn't say that this comic doesn't have a story, any more than I would say Exuberance didn't [it's fair to say it in past tense now, right?]

He hasn't gone far with it but I hope it's something he's interested in because I sure liked it :)

Oh, but see when he removed the "panel border" in the middle of the bottom, it could also be interpreted as that that line was not meant to be a panel border at all, but a wall, and the joke was about the unclarity of stick-figure drawings.

So now we need an official explanation. Riobe?

Yeah, there's a door between the two stickfigures in the first and second panels. Notice in the "third" panel downwards (5th if your Darkandroid =P), the stickfigure hears a little click. That's the door beginning to open, which is why he starts laughing. So really, this comic was only 4 panels long. :)
