scratch my last request and replace it with this.
i want to design a video game and the theme is a sort of call of duty thing except its based on the war that made the world of fallout 3 like it is. so take that and run with it.

I have never played Fallout 3, but I might look at it later.

Meanwhile, here's a sig for the sig tournament. It's for, obviously, Octopod Squad.

Mod/Admin edit: The person does not at all fit with the wireframe C4D. If the focus was a robot of some sort, preferably something with little detail, it would have been /perfect/.

Izzy replies: At least make a new post, Pawz(?).

That is a very, very nice sig Izzy. But is it just me, or does the "e" in 'the' pop out at you? O.o

I probably won't be doing requests unless I'm in the mood. I'll just be slapping creativity onto this thread once in a while.

Eh, I've decided to collect sigs :/ Yes, I'm getting old... No specifics, just want it to be based around Halo 3, Halo 3 ODST or Halo Wars. You should be able to find plenty of images. That's it, go nuts :)

I decided to try my hand at a large piece. It didn't end up how I expected it to look, but it is the first time I use shapes with the pentool. It's still not finished, the floor is empty.

I really don't like it. The poppy colors don't fit the grainy B&W stock.

I agree somewhat. I think the colors should be condensed to only a few, and be very unsaturated at that. Also, considering his stance, I'd like to see something that compliments the way his body is moving rather than focusing on the still image.

Maybe if he did a half-tone on the whole image?

I found a cool stock and did a bunch of stuff to it. I used the liquify tool a bit and a lot of layer masks on this one, and am pretty satisfied with the result.

Image

I might add some kewlio text later, but meanwhile, ignore the extreme happiness.

That's a huge improvement. Only if the rays were varied colors. >.>

I like the rays as just light blue, but I'm a little worried with the level of brightness of the rays that fall behind the subject. It seems that area is darker than the rays that fall in front of the subject, so I'd expect it to be just slightly less bright, or else have the surrounding ground be slightly illuminated.
