Wow, I used to think my internet was godly when I posted this on a forum I was once a member of, where most members barely reached 2000/100. I feel as if this might be the perfect example of the "big fish, little pond" saying.
I redid some tests, without as much things running and from farther servers:

Not bad considering the distance.
Seems to me like my first try was false info, and three tests showed more consistent, better results.

However... why the heck is the upstream so low? I think it might be the WiFi network I'm using. When wired to a school network, I've clocked as high as 25MBPS down and 10MBPS up.
