1 win= Nothing....You probably got lucky. XD
5 wins=make an extra pack of your choice, (tile, booster, item or rule pack)
10 wins=make two extra packs of your choice, or get a special sig.
15 wins=get 3 RCE on any map of your choosing, or make three extra packs.
and so on.
This would allow people who stick with the contest a little something extra as well as adding a sense of progression. Anyway this was just something I thought of. So tell me what you think. :)

ROUND 3
FIGHT!
First of all, sorry for the delays.
There are a few more changes this time around, that you should all read carefully and take note of.
Palemoon, devoted servant of Urr'Gnash that he is, is PMing all of you your packs right now.
Probably the first thing you will notice about them is that there are eight instead of four. That is twice as many.
This is to add the element of choice to the procedure. Simply pick one of each pack type from among the eight, and use those four to make your submission. You can ignore the other four! (For now.)
This is really a very simple change, and is great for you as mapdrafters, since you now have a lot more control over your final results. Some things you should remember though:
Do not use more than one of the same type of pack!
That is total bullshit so seriously you guys don't do that. It doesn't even make sense.
Do not make a second map using your other four packs!
I mean, you can for fun, if you really feel like it, but it is just more work for you and will confuse the hell out of us if you tag it or post it here so we might accidentally judge the wrong one and screw you over. You don't want that.
Put all eight packs in your map description, designating the ones you actually used.
In keeping with previous rounds, this is so that people playing your map can know what you had to work with. (Some of you have been compiling your packs into a single list of stuff you had to use. Guys! Why would you do that? Just copy paste it right out of your PM, titles and everything. This helps us a lot when judging, saves you a lot of work, and people get to see the clever pack names. Classic win win win situation.)
If that doesn't make sense to you, ask me some questions. I will answer them and then add the fruits of our discourse to the FAQ.
Another small change is the matter of pods, and consequently, prizes.
Instead of trying to pick the best six out of fifty-something maps, we are going to split you randomly into four pods, and each group will be judged separately. Each pod will have a First Place, Second Place, Third Place, and one Runner Up. There will still be only one random award each week.
Nothing else is changing though. If you do the math, that means we should be adding
41 NEW PACKS
EACH ROUND!
Actually that is a whole lot we might have to change that later, but anyway:
This greatly increases your chances of being able to contribute to the pack pool, as well as greatly reducing your chances of getting the same pack twice in a row. With that kind of growth rate, this contest should stay fun and funky fresh for a very long while.
Round 3 will end at midnight on SATURDAY MAY 16th. We are using GMT -7:00 for those of you who prefer living on the edge and cutting things close.
That means you get a few extra days than normal to help you get used to this bullshit the new totally rad changes.
I'll be posting the pods sometime this weekend, since not knowing them won't stop you from getting started.

Nice idea, Zivilyn and PALEMOON. I am especially glad since otherwise I'd have to use a combination of tiles, 20 normal doors and no other items. That'd been a b***h. Anyway, to work I go!
EDIT: Damn. These packs are just wicked... There'll hardly come anything good of it, I'm afraid. I've made a couple, but none of them are any good (one of them has 14 Gauss in it, the other 20 doors. What have you done, PALEMOON?)

Do you have a computer generate the pods randomly, or do you just randomly pick names from the list yourself?
Heh, I got my own pack this round. The other tile pack is probably easier BUT I MUST USE MY OWN BECAUSE OF AN ARBITRARY RULE I JUST MADE FOR MYSELF!!
edit: also, I like the new rules, but I think there should still be only 1 rule pack
Oh, and can the mighty servant of Urr'Gnash update the packs in the first post to include the new ones people have made, plox? Im interested to see what's new.
Comic Activity-O-Meter: (how often I'm updating my comic)
NOTE: If I just add a bunch of comics in one day, but plan on going back to normal after that, I probably won't update the status.
+ Dead: Canceled. Done. Maybe you'll get a random comic like once a year, but it's pretty much done.
- Zombie (Dead/Comatose): The comic is probably done regular updates forever, but I'll probably still add something once in a blue moon. It's still POSSIBLE, that I'll raise the status up, but not very likely. Maybe I'll have a comicplosion for like a week, then go back to being dead
+ Comatose: Complete stand-by. No (or very few) updates for some amount of time, but the comic's far from being over
- <AFK> (Comatose/Loitering): Stand-by, but you might possibly count on a few updates once and a while. Again, this is temporary
+ Loitering: Like comatose, but for short amount of times.
- Turtling (Loitering/Semi-Active): Really slooooww updates
+ Semi-Active: One every 2 weeks...ish?
- Quasi-Active (Semi-Active/Active): Averaging about 2 comics every 3 weeks
+ Active: Loosely defined status, but about a weekly update
- Over-Active (Active/Power-leveling): About 2 comics a week
+ Power-leveling: About 3 comics a week. Possible a schedule, possibly not
- Über-Epic (Power-leveling/COMICPLOSION!!): In some cases, this may actually be mean updates more frequently than COMICPLOSION!!, but I'm defining this level as a non-organized comic rush, kind of like a few days after my comic started
+ COMICPLOSION!!: Daily updates for a minimum of 5 days (since the daily updates started. It remains at this status until the 5, 7, whatever days are done)

But I chose to ignore it to have a better gameplay. I know I shouldn´t have done it. The competition is getting more boring this way, IMO.

As for pods, I take a list with all of your names on it, stick into an automatic randomizer, and then take it out in chunks. Right now I think it's fourteen per pod. So the first fourteen names is a pod, the second fourteen names is another pod, etc. It'll change every week.
I don't know why everyone is still taking the titles out when they post their packs on Numa. So long as we know which ones you actually used I guess it doesn't matter, but still. (Actually I figured it out. Guys, take the brackets off first. It reads as IBF code and hides everything inside of them. Next round will be bracket-free.)

I think it's just my computer being stupid, so if one of you could just tell me whether or not I got a message, that'd be great (and it'd give me "another-reason-to-switch-to-wireless-internet" that I can use against my parents=])

Good idea. I added a poll! Just run with the 8 packs thing this week, and then we'll see what everybody thinks of it before the next round starts!
