Here is 999_Springs's IQ test, the second of three tests/quizzes (whatever you call them) that I have come up with for this forum. This was invented about a year ago as a sort of fun way to pass the time, but after testing it on 10 people, the results were unexpectedly accurate (!) so I decided to modify it slightly and put it on this forum. Have fun.

There are 12 questions. You have to answer every one of them, otherwise your answer script will be invalid. The first 9 are multiple choice, and the last three are not, but you won't lose marks for getting the answer to any of the last three wrong, so you could guess, but you probably don't want to. Answers can be sent to me by post or PM, but given the nature of some of these questions, you will probably want to PM me instead.

Note: anyone who is caught using Google/Wikipedia/any other website which might provide useful information may risk being dissected atom by atom.

Um, this is ridiculously culturally specific. I understand it's just meant to be a bit of fun, but it's hardly fun for anyone outside the UK.

This test works in one regard:

People who believe this test grades intelligence well = lower.
People who understand that intelligence can't be measured by such specific questions = higher.

That's sort-of how the mark scheme works.
