Just for future wallpapers, are you guys using widescreen wallpapers?

If so, would 1680x1050 or 1920x1200 be able to scale down to your size. That might help because 1440x900 is off that.

I'm using 1680 x 1050. But you should always include resolutions up to 2560 x 1600:

fullscreen|1024 x 768|1280 x 1024|1600 x 1200
widescreen|1440 x 900|1680 x 1050|1920 x 1200|2560 x 1600
