"Killer Queen" by Guitar_Hero_Matt
Gameplay: 25/50, adjusted 5/50
Aesthetics: 15/25
Theme: 0/25
Total: 40/100
It's not linear. -20 gameplay points (ten from me and ten from gloomp; he forgot)

"eredde.e" by incluye
Gameplay: 35/50
Aesthetics: 15/25
Theme: 7/25
Total: 57/100
The only thing being infiltrated and destroyed in this map is your reputation.

"Squares Interlude" by maxson924
Gameplay: 40/50
Aesthetics: 17/25
Theme: 17/25
Total: 74/100
The structure and tricky gameplay certainly lent themselves to the theme, but those tile squares made me feel like I was invading an IKEA lamp factory, to be honest. I didn't enjoy that rocket.

"You'd Better Run" by Riobe
Gameplay: 40/50
Aesthetics: 12/25
Theme: 15/25
Total: 67/100
Very cool race map, but I think the tileset was lackluster and could've been decorated more to add to the atmosphere. This wasn't so much of a stealth map as it was a "FUCK FUCKUFCK THEY CAUGHT US RUN" map.

"Ice Station Zealot" by Seneschal
Gameplay: 27/50
Aesthetics: 10/25
Theme: 17/25
Total: 54/100
Not memorable or notable in any way.

"Secret Hydroponics Lab" by PALEMOON
Gameplay: 35/50
Aesthetics: 15/25
Theme: 23/25
Total: 73/100
Terrific layout and switch use.

"N-truder" by blahblahblah
Gameplay: 25/50
Aesthetics: 0/25
Theme: 23/25
Total: 48/100
Bleh.

"25-1 Cyber cycle" by kablamo_boom
Gameplay: 15/50
Aesthetics: 5/25
Theme: 15/25
Total: 35/100
Way too many doors. It felt so bulky. The whole map did, really. I don't think your zap drone modification made the map any more appealing, as it was quite terrible looking.

"Three-headed Bullet" by Erik-Player
Gameplay: 35/50
Aesthetics: 20/25
Theme: 15/25
Total: 70/100
Hmph. It was nice, but like your last map, I thought it was too quiet. Something didn't feel right.

"hey dodgeball mind your mother" by sneekfeet
Gameplay: 25/50, adjusted 5/50
Aesthetics: 5/25
Theme: 0/25
Total: 10/100
Err. Right then. Floating launchpad was a cool trick but not very fun. -20 for nonlinearity like GTM's map.

Judging!

Seneschal
Fun: 37/50
Aesthetics: 11/25
Use Of Theme: 17/25
Total: 65/100
The theming was brilliant. Sloppy aesthetics though, and the drones at the end are a bit too much for me.

My Cheese Killed Yours
Fun: 17/50
Aesthetics: 9/25
Use Of Theme: 14/25
Total: 40/100
Not a nice looking map, and the drones were surprising but no fun. Your use of the theme was good though, like a massive skyscraper to be infiltrated.

Erik Player
Fun: 32/50
Aesthetics: 13/25
Use Of Theme: 9/25
Total: 54/100
This was by no means a bad map, but it was hideously boring. None of the gameplay grabbed me very much, and the stealth infiltration elements that you included were clearly lost on me.

sneekfeet
Fun: 15/50
Aesthetics: 7/25
Use Of Theme: 5/25
Total: 17/100 (10 points deducted for non-linearity)
Terribly difficult, and it did not please the eye at all.

GTM
Fun: 39/50
Aesthetics: 18/25
Use Of Theme: 5/25
Total: 52/100 (10 points deducted for non-linearity)
I really loved the gameplay in a normal sense, although you seemed to lose track of the theme considerably, and a conspicuous absence of linearity stuck out like a sore thumb.

kablamo boom
Fun: 7/50
Aesthetics: 5/25
Use Of Theme: 16/25
Total: 28/100
Very little of this map appealed to me. The stacked doors were a nightmare of looks and practicality, and the chaingun killed my enthusiasm which had already taken a battering from the incomprehensible drones I had faced earlier.

maxson924
Fun: 28/50
Aesthetics: 15/25
Use Of Theme: 10/25
Total: 53/100
A competent show of mapping, but lacking any real excitement. The rocket seemed misplaced and lonely at the end and the hanging squares felt more like a garden than a maximum security area.

PALEMOON
Fun: 42/50
Aesthetics: 12/25
Use Of Theme: 20/25
Total: 74/100
This map was joyous to play, mostly because it made me feel, more than most of the maps, like I was utilising some mad infiltrating skills. Gold placement was a definite afterthought though, and the rocket was sadly impotent.

Riobe
Fun: 38/50
Aesthetics: 16/25
Use Of Theme: 17/25
Total: 71/100
Absolutely hectic. The only real misstep was the second rocket/floorguard combo which I couldn't figure out without looking at your demo. Aesthetics were very close to being overly done.

incluye
Fun: 33/50
Aesthetics: 19/25
Use Of Theme: 22/25
Total: 74/100
I think this was probably my favourite use of the theming not least because there was an actual pay-off to any stealth that I used. This map, for some reason, made me feel like Ford Prefect breaking into the Guide headquarters in Mostly Harmless, and any Hitchhikers simulation converts to fun points for me.

My aesthetics sucked that much? ;-;

Well, at least my gameplay was average and the theme use was above average.

That was a smooth move, bringing in Mintnut as a surprise judge, especially since he bolstered my score :p

Aha. I didn't expect anything for that, tbh. Thanks anyways, hopefully I'll have more than the deadline night to make a next map.

Skyling, this is completely unfair judging. You refused to judge mine because it was not linear, but in the next round, deducted ten points from someone for being nonlinear.

Be consistent, at least. :(

Okay, scores tallied once again on a sheet of paper, and the lowest finishers are sneekfeet (82) and Kablamo (115). Special mention should be given to PALEMOON for blowing everyone else out of the water with a score of 235!

So, remaining contenders, this week's theme is Descent. Physical descent is the simplest and most obvious way to go with this, but I will also accept maps about the descent of the soul.

Descending is involved, but I was looking more into the descent-of-the-soul theme.

I was hiking with a 60 pound backpack for 87 miles up, down, and around mountains. Can I still take a part in this competition? I would really like to reap the benefits from the judging. That’s why I have been gone for two weeks. It is called Philmont.
