No Firewall Active.
Internet connection is fine.
Any idea where I'd begin trying to make this work?

You don't need a internet connection to use NReality, but it helps sometimes. What version of NReality are you using, and what exactly is your problem?

It's not updating, as the title says, so images and other mods aren't working.kkstrong wrote:You don't need a internet connection to use NReality, but it helps sometimes. What version of NReality are you using, and what exactly is your problem?

The transparent updates were removed from the latest version. So all mods (except those that require the internet to download, like all image mods) will work automatically without needing to download everytime you open NReality.
As for images, well, sometimes they just take a long time to load. What I might try in troubleshooting is to open the internet and try loading the images without NReality. just to see if the webpages are working for you. You can of course find the URL in the NReality code of an image map after the mapdata.

Is it working for you kk? NReality is down for me too, I can't even access http://n.infunity.com/ right now. I'm using vista too...

Seems to be a serverside issue.

My NReality hasn't been working at all either (I even got a different file from another person), but I don't see what that would have to do with the internet server. It just acts like normal N. I'm not sure why.

Well, that's odd if it was a recent issue. My Nreality hasn't been working for months.
Oh well, working now. Thanks all.
