Ok - so the basic idea behind this contest is I give you a tileset from a random level in the n game, and you have to put objects in it to complete it.
You may put up to 30 gold, 18 enemies, and 60 mines. NO TILES MAY BE CHANGED
You must submit your map to NUMA with the tag "LEC"
You must submit a link here.
You must include a ninja.
It is single-round elimination.
Judging will be determined by:
Creativity: 1-5
Object placement: 1-5
Flow/pace of the map: 1-5
Aesthetics: 1-5
Gameplay: 1-5
A perfect score of 25 is unlikely; average score is 15-20.
The schedule is basically the same as Mapdraft:
Tuesday through Saturday: Mapmaking and Posting. If you want your map judged, it must be submitted by midnight on Saturday.
Sunday: Feedback on maps from throughout the week is collected, Maps are judged and ranked. No new maps may be submitted.
Monday: New map announced and posted.
There will be 8 contestants, and 4 judges, 1 prizemaker, and 3 rounds. Each round is a week.
Sign up below.
~Note: You may not place objects in their original places.

The top 4 will get:

Its cool but I would prefer to be a judge, if thats possible. If not being "part of the crew" is cool too.

fireburnsfree:
It's a little bit on the empty side; where there are objects, it feels a little too clustered and crowded. The upper left, for example. No enemies, but a tight squeeze with mines. A nicely placed thwump, drone, or guass turret would be nice.
Also, the right is way too empty, put in some objects. In this clustered a map, I would recommend a seeker drone of some sort.
A little clustered, but you can tweak it to make it quite a good map.

So how do you plan to recruit more mappers? Or should that be the judge's job?
