Author: incluye, Chase, T3chno, or Condog. Whoever who has time on their hands.
Dimensions: 420 pixels wide. Height is about 120-180px.
Colour Scheme: Monochrome and (G: 255, R:200) this shade of green.
Complexity: Doesn't matter, both ways work.
Matching Avatar: Yes, but not a copy-paste off of the sig, please.
