Fine by me, please do.

What a ridiculous waste of time. Was the attention worth it?

Oh, hold on. I only meant above as in "you don't get it, therefore it's above you in the clouds" Sorry if that came off as arrogant. But then again, I was never making a serious argument anyways.

Thank all involved for turning me into a raving lunatic.

I'm confused. I wasn't there, but is the problem that PALEMOON screwed around a bit and that should be cool but southpaw screwed around a bit and that shit's out of line?

I personally think it's unfair on others to advertise people's maps on the homepage (features excluded, obviously). As I said earlier, this PALEMOON map now has more ratings than my most rated map. I for one care about ratings - and care about the number on our profile that represents how many ratings we have received.

PALEMOON gained 135 ratings from this.
Pheidippides gained around the same amount when his map was put up in an announcement too.

These days, without the Top Rated system, it usually takes quite some time to get more than 15-20 ratings on a map.

I'm sorry you care so much about ratings. I'm sorry that you care so much about your own ratings that you seem spiteful when other people get more ratings on a single map than you get on any one map. I'm sorry that you care so much about something so superfluous.

I think the problem is that I screwed around a bit and PALEMOON screwed around a bit less, but then I banned him as a joke and then of course everyone freaks out.

I have no jurisdiction over this matter. If you have issues, take it up with Pawz or 'Nid or Dave.

Man what is it with all this chaos over map numbers and such? Everyone needs to just enjoy making and playing maps and not get in such a fuss over the harmless antics of our slightly silly members.
