I know you're just being a troll, or telling it like it is or whatever you call it, but that's true.

Elaborate? My thinking methods and personality haven't changed. The internet doesn't allow for much transparency, however, and I'd agree that how my personality is presented in this setting has changed. Either way, you're a ridiculous cunt.

By the by, being an introverted cynic is completely cooler than being a "cool guy".

So, the more words I utilize in my posts, the more pretentious I am? I will be wary of this next time I decide to post here.

+ words = + pretentious. Okay, I'll cut back.

is it grammar too? makes me sad because me and grammar used to beat down with the breakdown :'[

When you use words like utilize instead of use when both can service the same meaning, it certainly comes off as pretense.

Nah, don't worry, I used to do that too. Then I realized I was using semicolons in text messages, and decided to see how much bullshit I could cut out of my posts. So far it's gone well. It's easy to tie yourself up with all the huge words in your Wikipedia-fed vocabulary without realizing that you look like a tool.

I still use semicolons in text messages sometimes, because they're great for transitions and such.

I don't worry. It's habitual. It's just how I speak. I don't care how unnecessary it is, like, say, hypercriticism of someone's personality on an internet forum.

And I used "utilize" in that post solely for the satire.

Age: 15.
Location: London.

I'm a unique mix, I think. My mum is Corsican (an island below France), and my Dad is African (Sierra Leonean). I have lived near London for all my life (North London, namely).

I'm a very hyper person, I'm always running everywhere, and I'm very restless. I also get bored very easily. Also, I have mild Asperger's syndrome. Since being a teenager I've lost my shyness now, bust still feel uneasy near chavs. I can be quite childish as well, but never on the internet. I love watching cartoons (Tom and Jerry, Looney Tunes and Pink Panther are my favorites), and I love reading comics. I also really enjoy being around younger children. Get any wrong thoughts out of your head. My character is a lot like my mum's.

My dad is rich, but hardly any money goes to me, but to my half-sister and quarter-brother who live in Sierra Leone. Not to say that he goes there every two months, meaning that I hardly ever see my parents. To be quite honest, I have to live my own life really now. I'm a stray child.

My music life isn't so big, seeing that my parents aren't always there to do things for me. I play piano, and I'm currently working on Grade 6. I used to play the guitar, but it go so expensive that I had to quit. I was on Grade 2 at the time.

I'm terrible at most sports, except for Softball and Athletics. Sport doesn't really interest me.

I have strong interests. Numbers and Chemistry, all sane so far, but the strange interest is the London Underground. :P

I am popular in school. I'm very friendly and a bit like a child, but I'm always helping people with things. Unfortunately in school, I'm too nice for my own good. That's my main disadvantage. One of my friends borrowed £20 for lunch, and he still hasn't paid it back.

I love the old video game once in a while. Yes, including Club Penguin. My favorite games are Sonic CD, Super Mario Bros. 3 and Chip's Challenge, all played on my parents' old Megadrive, NES and computer. I don't own a console now, as my parents think it takes too much of my time.

I'm a really good cook. I cook at parties.

End.
Whoa, wow, I had o idea about that. Cool.

Also, yeah, 'hooz, I used to do that as well. Then, like, I just kinda... cut back a little. I speak that way too, so it's not because I'm attempting to appear superior to you by using large words. That's just a side effect.

Name: D. M.
Age: 19, 20 in February
Living In: Toronto, in university residence.
Interested In: Music, Friends, Good Times, Music, Video Games, M:TG, Reading, Music
Small Bio: I was homeschooled until high school, all while living in the country. Needless to say, I basically grew up a social outcast. I have a small, tightly-knit group of friends, and that's all I need(ed). Now I live on the University of Toronto campus, smack in the middle of the most populous city in Canada. Quite a change, but I'm adapting well. In case you couldn't tell, I love music. During high school I was in a band called Black Light Arcade. We played a few shows and generally got good response, and we are currently struggling to stay together. I listen to music every day, whenever I get the chance. I used to write a bit of music (for the keyboard) at times, but that has essentially stopped because of noise regulations in my dorm, as well as space constraints. Despite my extreme interest in music, I am currently in the Anthropology program, aiming for a BA. Mostly because I have no idea what I want to do for a career, and it seemed the most appealing choice as relatively ambiguous degrees go.

My family thinks I'm gay. But this is probably due to the fact that I'm a lesbian.

Yes.
