Just got this and configured it today. The time appears at the top, as well as the computer uptime. Zoey's icon brings up my homepage, the items bring up some other websites. Bill's icon brings up the C:\User window, and the items bring up Documents, Pictures, and Downloads. Francis's icon brings up the Computer window, with the items bound to the C, D, and H drives. Louis's icon links directly to a TF2 server I frequent. The shotgun brings up the Left 4 Dead, and its ammo shows the current date. The pistols open TF2, the health kit is the recycle bin, and the pills start the L4D2 demo. Incredible? Yes.

Okay, I think I've found a theme that I can stick with for a while. The 7 Theme was too hard to manage; you had to have a program running in the background just to get the taskbar to work properly. This one I think I like though; it has a thin taskbar and is basically the same as Aero, except it doesn't have rounded windows, which I like.
