Looking past the doctor, you can see the widow Mays in tears, panting steadily, likely unable to speak through her exasperated breaths. She is wearing makeup, which has started to run, and a floral dress. As she lifts a handkerchief, her eyes catch sight of the wedding right still worn on a her finger and the tears and screams elevate.
You can approach her with questions if you like, but pick them wisely.
