Same exact thing happened to me in 4th grade. Luckily, I didn't need stitches. Still hurt like hell though.
The worst pain I think I've ever experienced (due to the fact it lasted for a long time) happened after I came back from a trip to China. I got some sort of allergic reaction that was itchy and painful, and it spread to the front of my hands, and it was extremely painful to even close my hands for days. I couldn't even write for a week.
However, the most pain I've ever been in was when I had a kidney stone. Hurts, don't it, Blackson? I had to go to the doctor, wait an hour, and finally ended up going to the hospital. After writhing on the floor in pain at the hospital, it just passed through my kidney and the pain was completely gone. Before they even called my name.
